1:1 Health Coaching

One to one health coaching provides a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your unique challenges, identify root cause issues and create an individualised protocol to make sustainable lifestyle changes so you can achieve and maintain your health goals for the long term.

As your health coach, I will provide you with guidance, support and accountability.

Here are just a few examples of areas we can work on

We identify signs of hormonal imbalances and establish appropriate strategies to restore balance.
Finding lifestyle-friendly nutritious meals that will suit your individual dietary needs. (I have over a decade’s experience of gluten-free and dairy-free eating, should you need help in this area).
We can address gut dysbiosis, inflammation, bloating, SIBO (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth) and food intolerances.
We look at root causes of your sleep disruption and ways to restore quality sleep and rest.
We identify stress-triggers and find ways to manage them. We work to calm the nervous system, by finding suitable stress relieving strategies and address any cortisol problems.
We explore natural ways to boost your energy and reduce fatigue.
We explore potential drivers of your inflammation and work towards finding appropriate diet and lifestyle choices to reduce it and keep it low.
We can explore ways to reduce high blood sugar and reverse/prevent insulin resistance.
We identify ways to reduce the toxic load, support your liver, enhance lymphatic drainage, and improve elimination.
We find forms of movement and exercise that bring you joy, don’t exacerbate any pain you may have and that will set you up for better long-term health and mobility. We address challenges that may hinder exercise becoming a regular part of your life.

One-on-one coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Discovery Call
If you’re interested in 1:1 health coaching, please contact me for a free 15 minute discovery call, where we can discuss the coaching process and ensure that we are a good fit for each other.

Initial Consultation
If you’re ready to begin health coaching with me, I will send you some intake forms and a health questionnaire which should be returned to me at least 48 hours before our initial 60 minute consultation. In the initial consultation, we will get clear on your health vision and specific goals, areas of concern and current challenges. We can then work together to develop an action plan to move forward, set some goals and ensure you are equipped to take your first steps towards achieving your health vision.

Follow-up Sessions
Follow-up sessions allow us to reflect on and celebrate your successes and address any challenges or areas of concern you’ve faced since we last met. I will be guided by your focus each session, and will partner with you to set reasonable next steps, and then support you and hold you accountable to your goals.

I am happy to collaborate with your team of healthcare professionals to ensure that your action plan is safe, and you are on the right track to achieving your specific health goals.
