The hormonal changes that occur during our 40’s (and sometimes late 30’s) can result in many challenging and disruptive symptoms, including sleepless nights, hot flushes, night sweats, crazy mood swings, anxiety, weight gain, low libido, brain-fog, memory issues, hair loss, headaches, feelings of stress and overwhelm, heavy periods and a change to our menstrual cycles.
